OS GSO ECE 141:2021 Scope
This Regulation applies to the approval of vehicles of category M1 up to a maximum mass of 3,500 kg and N1
1 when equipped with a tyre pressure monitoring system, except for vehicles fitted with dual wheels on an axle.
